Hi, I'm Serhat — a fractional cloud architect and production incident responder based in Hamburg, Germany. For 15 years I've worked on enterprise Java backends, cloud-native platforms, and event-driven architectures at companies like Mercedes-Benz (Alice AWS platform) and Audi (myAudi microservices).

These days I help B2B startups and scale-ups in the DACH region stop the bleeding when their Kafka, Debezium, or Kubernetes infrastructure fails in production — and I build the guardrails so it doesn't happen again.
